Why I started helping people achieve their dream physique while enjoying life...
I Was an unconfident teenager
I was an unconfident teenager growing up. I never felt confident in my skinny boy frame. I’d look in the mirror and just feel small… Not just physically, but mentally too. Walking into a gym for the first time was intimidating, and I had no idea what I was doing. But I knew one thing: I wanted to change.
I started learning, showing up, and slowly building strength. Not just muscle, but real self-belief and confidence. Over time, the gym became more than just a place to train. It became a place where I found confidence, discipline, and purpose. And that’s exactly why I do what I do now, to help others feel that same transformation.
I earned my degrees
Determined to change, I threw myself into learning everything I could about fitness, health, and the human body. I went all in: studying, training, and eventually earning multiple qualifications in: Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Performance Nutrition.
At that stage, I thought I had it all figured out. I had the knowledge, the routine, and the body I always wanted. But what I didn’t realise was that mindset and habits matter just as much as muscle, and that part, I still had to learn the hard way.
I Hit Rock bottom
I moved to Australia in 2022 with the hopes of starting my online coaching from there. However, the partying and drinking eventually caught up with me. What started as the odd night out turned into a lifestyle that pushed my body to its limits. I ignored the warning signs until I couldn’t anymore.
My energy was gone, my body was breaking down, and I ended up needing multiple operations. I was in and out of hospitals, dealing with serious health complications, all because I didn’t take care of myself the way I should have. Physically, mentally, emotionally… I was drained. I’d hit rock bottom.
I rebuilt myself mentally and physically
Hitting rock bottom forced me to take a hard look at my life. I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was, something had to change. So I started from scratch, rebuilding not just my body, but my mindset and habits too.
I cut out the partying, got serious about my health, and began focusing on daily habits that actually moved me forward. It wasn’t easy, but step by step, I found my drive again. I learned how to train smarter, fuel my body properly, and most importantly, how to respect myself.
That’s when everything started to shift. Fitness wasn’t just about looks anymore, it became the foundation for my entire life, my wellbeing and most importantly my happiness.

After everything I’ve been through, I’m in the best place I’ve ever been: physically, mentally, and emotionally. I know what it feels like to struggle, to fall off track, and to feel completely lost. But I also know how powerful it is to take control and build yourself back up.
